1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the kui9 platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and its users ("Members", "Players", or "you"). This document applies to the use of all our services — online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slot machines, and all associated features.

3. Account Verification and Security

• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
• A relevant screenshot or document to prove ownership of the payment method.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You will be personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

A time limit applies for fulfilling the wagering requirement. Certain games may contribute partially or fully toward the wagering calculation — details will be stated in the terms of each bonus offer.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next one will only activate after the current one is complete.
• If there is suspicion of any breach of a bonus's terms, kui9 reserves the right to forfeit that bonus.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled — exceptions may apply only in the case of a technical error. kui9 reserves the right to cancel or re-settle bets due to technical issues.

6.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Please keep the following in mind for sports betting:

• All market outcomes will be settled according to the official announcement of the relevant sports body.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, the bet is generally voided and the stake is returned.
• In an accumulator or combo bet, if any one event is cancelled, the bet will be settled excluding that event.

• Instructions from law enforcement or legal obligations.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned after the investigation is complete. Members may also request account closure at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Delays or errors from a third-party payment provider.
